Our Community

Real support

The Real Group was conceived with the mission to grow the charitable arm of two of our companies – Undamine and Coal Train – that has donated more than a million dollars to support our local community over the past 10 years. The Real Group will continue to address the needs of Central Queensland communities across health and human services, education, victims of domestic violence, the elderly, women, youth, Indigenous communities and men’s mental health.

The Real Group has donated to individuals, services and causes including the following:

  • The TRG Development Program
  • R U Ok Day
  • The RACQ Rescue Helicopter
  • Rockhampton Women’s Health Centre
  • Bidgerdii Australian Torres Strait Islander Community Health Services
  • The Men’s Shed
  • The Returned and Services League
  • Community Events
  • Kids Cancer Project
  • The Salvation Army
  • Yeppoon Coast Guard
  • Country Women’s Association
  • Yeppoon Lions & Rotary
  • The Yeppoon Show, CQ Rodeo
  • Sporting Clubs such as Yeppoon Swans, cap Coast Crocs, Cap Coast Netball Association
  • Providing rent, furniture and vehicles directly to families and individuals who need support due to challenging personal circumstances, and
  • Registration fees to enable more than 50 children to play their chosen sport.
