Are you 15-19 years, disengaged from school and need further support with education, employment or training?

The Real Group are offering three 12-week programs which enable participants to complete the FSK10219 Certificate I In Skills for Vocational Pathways with the Registered Training Organisation (RTO), Coal Train (Code 32507).

Elective units will include a variety of industries including Hospitality, Mining and Construction.

• Employment and job readiness skills such as developing a resume and cover letter and enhancing your confidence with job interviews 
• Work experience, volunteer work and workplace tours 
• Networking with business owners through 11 of our businesses within CQ and various organisations within the region 
• Life skills including relationship building, self-care, budgeting, decision making and problem solving 
• Guest speakers and support on drug, alcohol, mental health, suicide, bullying workplace behaviours and cultures 
• Language, literacy and numeracy skills and assistance 
• Recreational and adventure-based learning and support to build confidence, communications, teamwork and social interactions
